Hello!
If you’re reading this, thank you so much for your support! Just sharing the fundraiser helps as well, it means the world to me.
When I was 11 years old, my amazing mom Kathy was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. At the time, all she wanted was to see me eventually graduate high school. I was incredibly lucky to have her for another 10 years, which at the time (and still now) was very unlikely. My mom was a fighter, and taught me what it meant to be strong and resilient.
She had a huge love for the performance arts, the beach (or anywhere to swim, truthfully), and for her wonderful friends. I will always remember her silly little songs and dances, stretching out her arms to fly when she was really happy, and the way she’d look at me when I was being a brat.
I miss her every single day.
Thank you for everything, mom.

By fundraising in support of Ovarian Cancer Canada, I am standing hand-in-hand with the people experiencing, affected by, or at risk of the disease. And I will not rest until women are able to live their lives freely, fully, and uninhibited by ovarian cancer.
My event honours the lives of those who have been affected and demands action.
Proceeds support OCC, the only national charity dedicated to eradicating this disease. OCC is improving outcomes and changing the face of this disease – for good. And your donations will fuel vital research, advocacy efforts, and education and support programs.
Today, thousands of Canadian women are living with ovarian cancer. We know that ovarian cancer remains the most fatal women’s cancer in Canada and of the 3,000 women diagnosed annually more than half will not live 5 years past diagnosis. But we are on the cusp of breakthroughs that can change that.
You can help ignite change. Please support this event with a generous donation.
