For the second year in a row, we're running to help raise money and awareness for Ovarian Cancer Canada. This year, we're participating in the Beau's 5K for Ovarian Cancer Canada a fundraising event in support of Ovarian Cancer Canada.

Our team will run, walk, or bike to raise funds to advance progress against ovarian cancer – the most fatal women’s cancer in Canada. As you know, this is a cause dear to our heart, and for us, this run is not only to support the cause, but to support my mom, Mary Lou.

Funds raised at the Beau's 5K for Ovarian Cancer Canada will power vital research that can change the face of this disease, provide support and education programs to those who need them most, and fuel advocacy efforts across the country. 

This community has rallied together every year in honour of Ashley Courtois (Cowan) who lost her life to ovarian cancer at age 33. Ashley's family and friends are committed to keeping Ashley's legacy alive and are determined to improve outcomes for those affected by the disease. They will be participating alongside us, and together we will transform lives.
