By fundraising in support of Ovarian Cancer Canada, we are standing hand-in-hand with the people experiencing, affected by, or at risk of the disease. And we will not rest until women are able to live their lives freely, fully, and uninhibited by ovarian cancer.
Our event honours the lives of those who have been affected and demands action.
Proceeds support OCC, the only national charity dedicated to eradicating this disease. OCC is improving outcomes and changing the face of this disease – for good. And your donations will fuel vital research, advocacy efforts, and education and support programs.
Today, thousands of Canadian women are living with ovarian cancer. We know that ovarian cancer remains the most fatal women’s cancer in Canada and of the 3,000 women diagnosed annually more than half will not live 5 years past diagnosis. But we are on the cusp of breakthroughs that can change that.
