On Saturday, Sept 28th I am participating in the Run for Her in support of Ovarian Cancer Canada, a fundraising trail run in support of Ovarian Cancer Canada.    

I will be running 31k for the approximately 3,100 Canadians that are diagnosed with ovarian cancer each year.  Five Canadians are lost to the disease every day.  

This will be in the Blue Mountains outside of Collingwood.  If you want to:
