I am participating in the Beau's 5K for Ovarian Cancer Canada in memory of Ashley Courtois (Cowan). It is a fundraising walk and run in support of Ovarian Cancer Canada.

On July 8th, I will run to raise funds and awareness to overcome ovarian cancer in hopes that no other women or their families have to go through this alone. Funds raised in the Beau's 5K for Ovarian Cancer Canada will be used to support Ovarian Cancer Canada's resources for women living with the disease, education and awareness programs and research grants and programs.
