I am participating in the Beau's 5K for Ovarian Cancer Canada, a fundraising walk and run in support of Ovarian Cancer Canada and in memory of my cousin, Ashley Cowan.

On July 8th, I will walk to raise funds and awareness to overcome ovarian cancer. Funds raised in the Beau's 5K for Ovarian Cancer Canada will be used to support Ovarian Cancer Canada's resources for women living with the disease, education and awareness programs and research grants and programs.
