Welcome to My Personal Page
Today, thousands of Canadians are living with ovarian cancer and approximately 3,100 will be diagnosed this year.
In 2017 my Mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 High Grade Carcinoma. On February 4th, 2017 they removed an 18lb tumor that had grown in four months. Due to no screening for this disease by the time she was diagnosed it was advanced and she had the fight of her life ahead of her.
After numerous amounts of chemotherapy, radiation and surgeries she lost her life April 10th, 2021 at the age of 56.
By participating and fundraising for the Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope, I’m making ovarian cancer a priority. I'm funding vital research that will save lives, ensuring educational resources and support programs are available for those who need it, and fueling advocacy efforts because everyone deserves to live life to the fullest.
Every dollar I raise supports Ovarian Cancer Canada, the only national charity dedicated to overcoming this disease and giving woman a much better outcome.
The next big breakthrough in ovarian cancer is around the corner. Please donate to my Walk now or sign up to join me because there simply isn’t time to wait. Together, we can improve outcomes – for good.
Thank you for your support. It means the world to me, and everyone affected by this disease.
