Welcome.  I was diagnosed with cancer in April 2022 and surgery in June.  Things sounded good after surgery but with pathology, they found cancer cells in my uterus, ovaries, lymph nodes and cervix.  I started chemo in July 2022.  After 6 months of chemo finishing in October I started radiation in December and finished on my husbands birthday January 13, 2023.  We thought great we are finished with that, but my first CT scan showed enlarged lymph nodes around my heart and spots on my lungs.  Here we go again, this time I started immunotherapy on my wedding anniversary July 6, 2023.  I have had some side effects, such as high blood pressure controlled by medication.  Follow up CT scans have showed the lymph nodes have disappeared and the spots on the lungs have shrunk, taking all this as a positive.  

After going thru all of this I find that we need more research to find a more individualized treatment for us.  We continue to use the same treatments we have used for years, without finding a cure.  We need to look at the things that are causing cancer, such as our diets.  Younger and younger individuals are getting cancer and we need to find out why.  With your help this can happen.  Please make a donation.
