My story begins In March 2020 when I was diagnosed with stage 3c ovarian cancer and 1A endometrial cancer. I was lost, isolated with whirlwind of overwhelming emotions. I was hopeless. In March 2021, few months after finishing chemotherapy and radiation, I had re-occurrence and I started treatment once again. 
However, I made a promise that regardless of the challenges ahead, I would not let go of hope. I resolved to embark on this journey once more, step by step, day by day. My heart was filled with gratitude for every stride I had taken and every hurdle I had conquered.
 It was during this period that I decided to join the Walk of Hope for the first time, not just for my personal reasons, but for the countless women who had already been on this path or were about to embark upon it.
 Since then,  walk for the courage of those who faced challenges head-on, for the determination of those who refused to give up, and for the hope of those who believe in brighter days ahead.
 We need funds for breakthrough research specifically for ovarian cancer. We need advocacy. By participating in Walk of Hope and contributing to our fundraising efforts, we are not merely raising funds – we are raising awareness. We are sending a powerful message that we stand together in the face of challenges, that we refuse
 to let adversity define us, and that our commitment  to progress is unwavering.
 Every dollar raised, symbolises a hand extended, a heart that cares, and a community that stands as one.
