Hello Team Lumbie:

Walking together with my closest friends and supportive family is always the highlight of the summer.  The Walk of Hope 2024 will be held at Lake Ontario Park on Sunday, September 8th this year starting at 9:00 am for gathering of teams and starting out on a gentle walk at 10:00 am.  I'm hoping to be there. 

I am always amazed at the continue support I receive year after year from all of you.  No fundraising fatigue in this group.  Your spirit is not to be broken as I feel my cause is your cause.  Thank you so much.

Today, thousands of Canadians are living with ovarian cancer and approximately 3,000 will be diagnosed this year. It’s time to pick up the pace for ovarian cancer. Enough is enough and my team is determined to improve outcomes for all those affected by the disease.

Every dollar I raise supports Ovarian Cancer Canada, the only national charity dedicated to overcoming this disease.
