August 24, 2024 mark's the first anniversary since we lost Carrie.  The picture below was taken in June, 2023 and you can tell by the smile on her face that she was so happy to be outside after months in hospital.  Even with tubes and machines administering fluids and medication or other tubes  and machines removing other fluids and "stuff" , she could still smile at the little joys of life.

By participating and fundraising for the Ovarian Cancer we’re making finding a cure our priority.  We walk with the hope and prayer that  maybe one less family will have to watch their daughter, mother, sister, or friend die from this dreadful decease.
