Last year, i participated in this walk with my Mom Evelyn, who was in remission for Ovarian Cancer for 4 years. Her remission would end shortly after, and she has since passed.
This year, i will walk in her honor. I am proud to raise money for this very important cause, that she was so impacted by.
Her feisty spirit will live on in our team of friends and family, and we will drape ourselves in teal and bling to represent her.
Every dollar I raise supports Ovarian Cancer Canada, the only national charity dedicated to overcoming this disease. I am passionate about raising funds for better research and advocacy.
