Since 2014 the Martens family has come together to support the cornerstone of our tribe. She was the strongest woman I know. I have learned and grown as a woman, employee, daughter, wife and friend because off her influence. Mom defied the odds and entered into the group of less than 1/3 of women who survived past 5 years with this type of cancer. We lost Marcy in November, 2020 after such a courageous fight. The loss was unimaginable but she is now free of suffering and watching over us from heaven. Our family will continue to walk, and raise money. We want to keep fighting this disease. Please consider giving towards life-saving research and clinical trials to find better treatment and a cure, for ovarian cancer.
