As you may (or may not) know, I lost my friend and mentor, Lynn Thomas to ovarian cancer three years ago.  Lynn was one of the kindest, most intelligent, generous and thoughtful human beings I have ever known.  She was the lifeblood of the BEALS program at UdeS and the person  I still look up to the most - personally and professionally.   I do this walk every year in her honour.
