Today, thousands of Canadians are living with ovarian cancer and approximately 3,000 will be diagnosed this year. It’s time to pick up the pace for ovarian cancer. Enough is enough and my team is determined to improve outcomes for all those affected by the disease.

By participating and fundraising for the Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope, we’re making ovarian cancer a priority. We’re funding vital research that will save lives, ensuring educational resources and support programs are available for those who need it, and fueling advocacy efforts because everyone deserves to live life to the fullest.

Every dollar I raise supports Ovarian Cancer Canada, the only national charity dedicated to overcoming this disease.

Afshan's Army was started by my incredible best friend, Afshan Dar-Brodeur in 2019 just after she was diagnosed and just before starting her treatment. She, amazingly, continued to advocate, raise money and walk for ovarian cancer while bravely going through treatment over the next 2 years. She passed away in 2021, leaving a giant hole that can never be filled for those of us who knew and loved her.
