Welcome to My Personal Page
Ovarian cancer has personally affected me and my family when my mother Tanya was told she had stage 4 ovarian cancer. She did not let this diagnosis define her and has inspired people around her to live their life fully. She has been driven to advocate for better health care not only for herself, but for others. Some ways she has done this has been by sharing her story at the OCC Lady Ball, to raising money for OCC, attending conferences to network and learn more about the current research and developments in caring for ovarian cancer in Canada.
Our circle plans to attend the Walk of Hope this September to continue being a voice for people who are affected by ovarian cancer. Fundraising is needed to support research, make this diagnosis known, and provide support and opportunities for those affected.
There is no screening process is place for ovarian cancer and therefore is often diagnosed much too late. My goal is to be a voice and push for better screening, awareness, and treatments for those affected.
Thank you for your time reading my story. Thank you for supporting my mother, and others affected with ovarian cancer, through financial contributions or kind thoughts and support.

Every dollar I raise supports Ovarian Cancer Canada, the only national charity dedicated to overcoming this disease.
Lastly, if you are interested and able to, join us for the Walk of Hope. Thank you again.
