Hello family & friends,

On Sunday, September 12th, we are once again participating in the Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope in Calgary. This important community event ensures women living with ovarian cancer know that they are not alone.
We are walking for mothers, partners, daughters, sisters, best friends and women everywhere – together, we can help save lives. Although we won’t be able to walk with Team Jenna this year due to physical distancing restrictions we still want to show our support to Jenna’s family Leigh, Kelli and Lilli. Their daughter & sister Jenna lost her battle to ovarian cancer at the young age of 18. We also walk for our friend Marlene who lost her battle to the disease as well. We will be outside walking with our daughter Becca on Sunday!
This Walk rallies communities across the country and encourages people who have been affected by the disease to stand together in raising vital funds to provide support, further advocacy efforts and fund much-needed research into prevention, improved treatments and ultimately, a cure. All proceeds support Ovarian Cancer Canada, the only national charity dedicated to overcoming this disease.
