This is our team's fourth year as participants in the Ovarian Cancer Canada's Walk of Hope and I am looking forward to seeing everyone this year more than ever. 

It's been a very long time since we've been able to meet in person and this has caused so many of us to feel alone and isolated.  This is especially true for those of us who have had to face treatment in the hospital without our friends and families by our sides.  

I'm not sure that I'll be walking with all of you - I will be in treatment and am thinking I will still need to isolate.  I'll make a call closer to the day - but I will for sure be raising money for research and awareness and I hope you will too.  

Thank you, as always, for your incredible support and advocacy for those of us with ovarian cancer and our families.  May good health be with all of you as we move closer to a cure for this damned disease.
